• What was the biggest challenge you faced in creating your store?

Finding the right spot for things, learning a new interface is always problematic. But I found the struggle with changing themes/the app I chose were not easy to get through intuitively. I needed to do a bit of googling. 

• What worked really well when using our platform?

Oh so fast, adding product and product photos was fairly simple!

• What could be improved when using our platform?

I'd say consider getting novices to look at the layout for things every once in a while. Again, maybe a button next to the themes that says "change themes"? Not having all relevant tools together made it harder to figure out. Also settings is in kind of an awkward place? I'd expect it to be part of some of the larger/more obvious menus. 

• How did this experience help you build empathy for our merchants?

I understand that even as someone who works with computers daily that taking on a new interface is always a little bit of a learning curve! 

• What is your biggest takeaway from this experience?

Having time to sit with and learn is the best way to go about starting up your online business experience. You need to go through the materials. But overall it's a pretty easy setup and once you get a hang of things the performance is quick!
